Hiking Batu Kuda & Manglayang
Gunung Manglayang is the mountain with 2 tops where we are, halfway up at 950 m height, it’s still about 900m up more to the top at 1835 m height. It is a National Nature Reserve, to protect flora and fauna, and especially its water sources.
Batu Kuda, a 1-hour walk, is such a place where people start walking to the summit. But everywhere around us, you find pathways to make more moderate walks as well.
To reach the entrance of the park, you need to count about 15 minutes by motorbike or 20-25 minutes by car. A small story about a protected area natural reserve and a drinking water source for a large part of Bandung. 20 min by car or 1 hour walk to find.
