30km southeast of the city, mountain Kamojang on that point is a geyser and hot-spring area with blowing steam and boiling mud pots
It is a must-see geological site. Pipes around the beautiful mountain area are guiding the captured steam to a terminal where steam powers electrical power. No inside sightseeing is allowed on this plant. But the natural well is accessible and an interesting recreational area in a beautiful natural surrounding.
